What is PVD vacuum coating

PVD is short for Physical VaporDeposition. It is a process of depositing metal or non-metal materials such as titanium, gold, graphite and crystal into the substrate to form films of different colors and textures by sputtering, evaporation or ion deposition in vacuum. Principle

 

Under the vacuum condition, the arc discharge technology with low voltage and large current is adopted to make the target material evaporate and ionize both the evaporated substance and the gas by using the gas discharge, and make the evaporated substance and its reaction products deposit on the workpiece by using the acceleration effect of the electric field.
