The cleaning treatment in vacuum technology generally refers to the cleaning treatment of the structural materials, filling materials and vacuum parts of vacuum devices.

In all kinds of vacuum process production, such as electric vacuum process, vacuum coating process, vacuum welding process, pay great attention to vacuum health problems. In the electrovacuum process, it is required that the parts assembled in the high vacuum environment must be cleaned carefully in advance, otherwise all kinds of pollutants can become the source of a large number of gases and vapors, which will greatly extend the exhaust time of vacuum devices and make it difficult to obtain high vacuum.

Oil and grease

Lubricants, vacuum grease, etc. that are contaminated during processing, installation and operation.

Surface oxide

01 Solvent cleaning

Solvent cleaning is the most common method in vacuum system cleaning. Common cleaning solvents include organic solvents, water containing detergent, dilute acid, alkali, petroleum distillates, various metal cleaning agents and so on. Depending on the pollutant, different solvents are required for cleaning. If mineral oil needs to use organic solvents, rust needs to use acid metal cleaning agent.

 

02 Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is the use of ultrasonic voids to clean the target, can achieve a strong physical cleaning effect, remove strong adhesion pollutants. Ultrasonic cleaning can enter the complex shaped hole, which is impossible to achieve by many cleaning methods. 03 Steam degreasing cleaning

Steam degreasing cleaning is suitable for cleaning the surface grease film and lipid film. 06 Discharge cleaning

Discharge cleaning is generally used in high vacuum, ultra - high vacuum system cleaning. The desorption of gases and the removal of certain hydrocarbons by electron bombardment. The effect of discharge cleaning depends on the motor material, geometry and its relationship with the surface

 

07 Nitrogen gas cleaning

Nitrogen cleaning is mainly to take advantage of the characteristics of nitrogen on the surface of the material, such as small adsorption heat, short retention time, easy to be pumped away. Nitrogen is used to flush the contaminated vacuum system, and squeeze out the adhesion space of water gas and other gas molecules to shorten the pumping time of the vacuum system.
